Preheat your oven on 180 degrees, wash and cut your pumpkin. Remove all the seeds and slice the pumpkin into slices of 1 cm. You can leave the peel on.
Put your slices on your baking paper and use 2 spoons of olive oil to sprinkle over the pumpkin slices. Put on some Italian herbs and some pepper and salt if you want. Bake the pumpkin in the oven for 20 minutes.
Mix your cheese with the Panko, herbs, olive oil and lemon zest you took out of your lemon.
Halfway the 20 minutes baking process, you take out the pumpkin slices and you sprinkle your cheese/Panko mix over the pumpkin slices. Now put in the oven again for 10 minutes.
Now your party snacks are ready :)
